On 25 April 2024 the 86th Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Discussion Forum took place in Zurich with Safe- and Sustainable-by-Design (SSbD) as main topic.

The first summit of its kind, ANTHOS’24 – “Advanced (Nano)Materials and Technologies: science, research & innovation for safety and sustainability” – took place from 4 to 7 March 2024 at the TWELVE Conference Center in Vienna and was accompanied by satellite events before and after the core program.

SSbD4CheM project was included in the latest BNN QUARTERLY 01/2024 (March 2024).

The 23rd edition of the International Symposium on Field- and Flow-based Separations (iSFFF 2024) took place on 3-6 June 2024 in Nantes, France. The symposium offered an ideal opportunity to discuss recent technical and scientific developments in Field-Flow Fractionation and related techniques, and to take a look at all the fields of application: human health, environment, polymer sciences…

SSbD4CheM is live on LinkedIn since January 2024.

The Horizon Europe project SSbD4CheM started on 1 January 2024. We kicked off it in person in Brussels on 11-12 January. Our coordinator, Milica Velimirovic, from VITO, did an amazing work hosting the very first meeting, ensuring enough time for presentations to get an overview of the project, for getting to know each other, for networking and for begin planning the first steps in the project.
